Jorge Aldaba is the founder and owner of Floors by Aldaba LLC. In 2004, at the age of 15, Jorge started helping his father, Martin Aldaba with floor installation. In 1994, Martin began working with flooring in El Paso, Texas and eventually made his way to Las Vegas in 2004. As a result, he passed on his knowledge and shared his experiences with Jorge. When they started working together they focused on installing carpets ranging in quality, texture, and feel. Due to their continuous progression within the flooring industry, they now not only focus on carpet but on other flooring products as well, such as laminate and vinyl.

Now, Jorge has started his own flooring company with his wife, Valerie, who handles all office operations and ensures every customer is satisfied every step of the way. His staff including his father, uncles, and others have the same goal and interests in mind: to provide an exceptional flooring installation by professionals you can trust. Our professionals at Floors by Aldaba LLC have more than 50 years of combined experience! 

To this day, Jorge loves his line of work so much that rather than becoming “an extra body in the office,” as he calls it, he enjoys working with his clients and using his expertise to amaze.
